Applying for universities in the US and UK
Founders House, Njalsgade 19D, 2300 COPENHAGEN
Tuesday, AUgust 3rd, 17:50 to 21:00
Have you ever dreamt of studying in the US or UK? Here’s your chance to gain valuable insight into what it is like studying there and how to be admitted. At this Nordic Study Abroad Community workshop you will be given a tour of all the necessary steps to realize your dream. You will have all your questions answered and at the same time learn new things you probably would not have considered before. The workshop will answer questions such as; “What to consider before applying? Where to apply? How to apply? Which tests do I need to take? How do you finance your studies? Is it even worth it?”, along with numerous other concerns you might have with studying in the US or UK.
To present at the workshop we have our very own NSAC’ers Joshua Monrad and Jeppe Bender Lassen who both have extensive experience in applying and studying in the US and UK. Joshua currently studies at Yale, but also got admitted to Cambridge, and Jeppe has applied for numerous top universities in the US and UK and will be starting at King's College London in the fall. Both of our speakers are very excited to share their knowledge and Josh has previously held a similar workshop with great succes! The event will be hosted at a location in central Copenhagen, the precise location will be revealed soon.
Our speakers will go live at 18:00 and we will supply drinks, a sandwich and other refreshments!
The event is free to attend for NSAC Members, and costs 25 kroner for non-members. We do unfortunately have a very limited amount of spaces, so sign up sooner rather than later! Please register no later than July 31st.
